Momma RachelRachel's coaching, any time of day

Tuesday, 8:47 PM

He hit his sister again and I yelled. Like RAGE yelled. I hate being this parent. How do I stop?
Oh, Mama. I hear you — that was a lot, and now you're carrying both the hitting and your own yelling. That's a heavy load, and I'm glad you brought this here.
First, I’m inviting you to relax your shoulders and take a breath with me. You're not a bad mom for yelling — your brain got overwhelmed and you had an impulsive reaction. This wasn’t a thought-out decision. It was a reaction, likely one you saw modeled as a child.
Can I ask one thing before we get to the kids: how are you feeling right now — still activated, or a little more settled? That tells me where we start.

A real reply from Momma Rachel.

Sound familiar?

You've saved the posts. Read the threads. Learned all the things.

But at 7:42 a.m., when your patience is gone and your child still isn’t ready, knowing what to do and actually doing it feel miles apart.

Too much advice.

One parenting expert tells you to use time-outs. Another warns they'll damage your child's emotional well-being. Everyone seems to have a different answer, and meanwhile, you're standing in the middle of a difficult parenting moment wondering what you're actually supposed to DO.

Judged for asking.

You finally work up the courage to ask a question in a parenting group, hoping someone will understand what you're going through. Instead, you're met with forty different opinions, advice you never asked for, and people who seem more interested in lecturing than actually helping.

Yell. Regret. Apologize. Repeat.

You know the kind of parent you want to be, but when your emotions take over, everything you've learned goes out the window. Then comes the guilt, the apologies, and another promise that tomorrow you'll do better.

From the everyday parenting questions to the moments that leave you second-guessing yourself, you deserve support that helps you feel confident, connected, and equipped for whatever parenting brings.

Real-life moments

What would you ask about tonight?

Connection first, correction second. Real words for the messy moment.

You typeMy 6-year-old lied to my face about brushing her teeth. Again. And I lost it.

Rachel's takeLying isn't the mark of a bad kid. It's a developing brain trying to stay safe.

In the moment
  • “Thank you for telling me, even if it was hard.”
  • “I’m not angry with you. Let’s figure out together what made it tough to tell the truth.”
  • “Honesty is safe here. I still love you.”
Before tomorrow
  • Practice calm responses to hard truths. Notice your own reaction so honesty never feels dangerous.
  • Create a “Truth Zone”: “Here, big feelings are safe and we fix mistakes together.”
  • Don’t rush to consequences. Repair trust with connection and problem-solving.

Pairs with: the Honesty Blueprint

The heart of my coaching approach

  • Behavior is communication. Your child's behavior gives us clues about the needs, emotions, and skills they need help with.
  • Connection before correction. Children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and connected, even when we're holding firm boundaries.
  • Teach the skills you want to see. Discipline is an opportunity to guide, model, and equip your child with the skills they're still developing.
  • Your growth matters, too. Understanding your own triggers, healing old patterns, and learning to repair after difficult moments can transform the way you experience parenting.

Fair question

"Why not just use ChatGPT?"

ChatGPT knows a little about everything. Momma Rachel knows Rachel's way, and only her way.

Built from Rachel's coaching

Not a tech company. A friend.

Rachel is a Certified Parent Coach and Integrative Trauma Practitioner with years of hands-on experience working with children and families, including her time as a daycare teacher and private nanny. Her approach combines attachment science, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed coaching to help parents break cycles of yelling, understand their children's emotional needs, and raise emotionally healthy kids through connection, compassion, and firm, loving boundaries.

Momma Rachel was built by a close friend and former client of Rachel's. Someone who went through the coaching herself and saw what it changed at home.

She wanted every parent to have that same calm voice in the hard moments, not just on a coaching call. So together they built a way to reach Rachel's approach for the moments she can't personally be there with you or for you.

Questions

Good questions, honest answers.

Is this AI safe?

Momma Rachel only draws on Rachel's coaching, inside a protected box. It's built to coach without shaming you or your child, and it follows clear rules for how it behaves. It's not pulling advice from random corners of the internet.

It's still AI, so it can make mistakes. Use your judgment. You know your child. It's a coaching tool, not therapy, medical care or emergency help. See our privacy policy for how your information is handled.

Will it replace Rachel?

No. It's not Rachel, and it doesn't pretend to be. It's access to her approach any time, so you can use what she teaches in the moment you need it. Deep work still happens with her in coaching and the Academy.

Can I cancel?

[CONFIRM_CANCEL_POLICY: e.g., "Yes. Cancel anytime from your account, no phone call needed."] Questions? Email [SUPPORT_EMAIL].

Does it work for toddlers and older kids?

[CONFIRM_AGE_RANGE: the ages Rachel's coaching covers]. Add each child's age to your family profile so the advice fits where they are right now.

What if my spouse isn't on board?

That's one of the most common things moms bring to Rachel. You don't have to agree on everything. You do want to lead as a team, because kids feel the split more than they feel imperfect discipline.

Momma Rachel helps you talk about what's underneath, use team language with your kids, and repair with each other. Your spouse doesn't have to use it for it to help.

Is it Christian?

Rachel is a Christian, and her faith shapes how she sees parents and kids: with grace, not shame. You don't have to share her faith to use Momma Rachel. The coaching is grounded in how kids' brains and bodies work, and it fits any home.

Next hard moment

You won't have to figure it out alone.

You're not failing. You're learning. $19/month at launch, and members who join before January keep that price.
